The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations under the warehouse manager. This role supervises staff, maintains safety standards, and ensures inventory accuracy while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance with regulations (such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines)
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and inventory
Handle shipping and receiving discrepancies
Manage schedules
